Great location near popular tourist attractions. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service which saved us some money on transportation. The rooms were decent and the hotel had some nice facilities available for guests.

Our Christmas stay was ruined by the rude staff. They acted like they didn't want to be there and seemed annoyed when we asked for assistance.

the rooms were clean and decently equipped with modern amenities. the staff was helpful and courteous, from the front desk to the concierge who helped us with day trips and recommended local restaurants. the location was convenient to nearby restaurants.

The swimming pool was small and was not as clean as we would have liked.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious stay, fulfilling all my exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering relaxing treatments and a peaceful atmosphere. the indoor swimming pool was also impressive, as well as the sauna and steam room. the garden area was beautifully maintained and provided a serene environment.

While the staff provided excellent service, the restaurant had limited options for those with special dietary requirements. this was a minor issue in an otherwise exceptional stay.

The Holiday season at this hotel was made extra special with the great selection of traditional Chinese and Western Christmas delicacies on offer. the hotel's location was also amazing, with easy access to public transportation and various tourist sites. the staff members were friendly and attentive, they were always willing to lend a hand and accommodate requests.

The overall stay was underwhelming, particularly because of the limited facilities offered. the hotel's rooms were small and cramped, lacking adequate space to relax in.
